The perfect Filipino dish. :p

Ok, so maybe spaghetti is an italian dish. :)) But the sauce I cooked was sweet and obviously, it fits the taste of Filipinoes, so now it'd be called the Filipino-style spaghetti (see? it's almost a filipino dish. :p).

Anyway, it was my first time to try to cook Spaghetti and it was fun! :) (our bruhilda cook was sleeping so I was the one who cooked with the help of the ex-cook, Yaya Sharon. and if ever she was awake, she wouldn't let me touch anything cause she's such a brat.)

So anyway, I diced the onions while Yaya Sharon pound-ed the garlic. After that, I started slicing the hotdogs then the mushrooms. :))
So I then sauteed the garlic and onion then the next procedures, followed. :p

Fast-forward...........

Voila! There she is! My masterpiece! In fairness, the sauce wasn't that bad, in fact it was really delicious! Oh well, I got over my traumatic first dish. :p See? I make a good cook, after all! ;)

Oh, I can't wait to cook my next dish! And oh, about the sinigang, I haven't perfected it yet to suit everyone else's taste. :p But you could try my Beef with Brocolli, instead. :)
